+ Very good cleaning nice staff behavior location also near to Nizami street

+ Close to bulvar, old City. Nice Connection with The bus. 15 minutes to bus H1 to airport. Very kind staff. Bed matries was very comfortable. Where was obly window to corridor but you could close it when you smell some food or here noice. Air cobditioning was working. No bugs:) A liked the people who stary there. We felt safe there

− Regardless that the floor and counters from time to time was wiped. I would not put bare foot on the floor. If you have flipflops and not planning to do anything else in the kitchen but coffee and tea. That is ok. There was still nothing done with the breakfast in the offer of genius. This is not in the offer of the object's profile.

Best hostel for Formula 1 Race View

+ Hostel was great. Specially for those whonwant to enjoy formula 1 race. Balcony has very good view of formula 1 track. Overall it was very nice experience as a solo traveller.

Good for very short stays

+ The location is great. The receptionist was friendly. I stayed for one night. I think it is suitable for very short stays.

− I felt the cleanliness needs to be improved.

Pleasant

+ I chose this hostel because of its balcony and terrace, as I wanted to be able to watch the Formula 1 races from there. The hostel is located directly along the race circuit, so you can actually watch the races from the hostel.(with extra charge) The location is right in the city center and close to many of Baku’s main attractions, such as the Old City (Icherisheher), Nizami Street, and the seaside boulevard, all of which are within walking distance. There is a supermarket right next to the hostel, and there are also plenty of cafés and shopping centers nearby. Several banks and currency exchange offices are just a few houses away. The hostel manager, Mr. Khorram, was a very kind, friendly, and respectful person. The other hostel staff were also very polite, welcoming, and friendly.

− One thing I should mention is that the hostel charges an additional fee for using the balcony during the race, so you will need to pay extra if you want to watch the race from the balcony.

Very Good

+ Considering that the booked hotel (Amazon Hotel/simply avoid it) during the F1 race that send driver to pick me up anounced at the reception that they could not find my booking the helpful and welcoming staff at Lake View saved my vacation and the central location is very convinient. if it is chosen during the Baku F1 race the view from the balconies towards the track is unbeatable.

− If a suggestion could be made that is an urgent renovation especially the bathrooms and the kitchen facilities

+ Staff was cooperative .he tried to give two rooms. he guided to restaurant. and gave free water.location is good .it is at nizami street every thing is by walk. it good for those who doesnt matter cleaning. it is hotel and hostel.

− very poor in cleaning. there was dust on walls and toilets were dirty. when we were leaving list not working but recetionist did not inform us. so huge laggage i had carried . owener told me he has bought property some times ago ,i will clean and fix all problems. may be in future property is worth living.
