Mixed feelings
+ Close to the airport, large territory with great landscaping, good food. Less ruSSians than in Antalya region.
− No service at the Pavilions. Absolutely not worth the money. Stark contrast with Antalya coast Hotels approach.

The hotel should act decently, it should drop its prices at least twice and provide full refund
+ Absolutely nothing
− The rooms smell badly, the furiture is old, the carpets and bathroom are dirty. Overrated hotel that is far away from matching minimal standards of a 5-star hotel. I stayed there for one hour only and escaped as soon as possible. The hotel refused to refund my money.

Overall beautiful hotel, beautiful location. Very clean and well looked after.
+ Beautiful location, the beach was amazing pools were lovely and both inside the hotel and outdoor spaces were very clean. Loved the snack times where they had freshly made lahmacun (Turkish pizza) which is all my little one would eat. Staff were all very nice at the restaurant and variety of food was amazing and delicious. One thing that I loved was the fact that they had escalators going down to the beach in front of the hotel which was brilliant!
− The lifts could have been bigger as there was always a que to go down and up. Sometimes we gave up and used the stairs which was difficult as were on the 4th floor. Prices inside the hotel were very expensive, paid lots for just some gummy bears. One thing that disappointed me was the entertainment team, although they had things like darts going on I felt like they were never there. We never met anyone from the entertainment team and I just feel like they could have been a little more involved with people which would have made it more fun specially for the kids.
