Very Good
+ The room was amazing and the views stunning! The beach club was very nice and we went multiple times during our stay, the water was beautiful. The breakfast buffet and lunch menu and drinks at the beach club were also good.
− The dinner menu at the restaurant was not great and the service too became worse at dinner while at lunch and breakfast the staff was great.

Beautiful hotel, amazing service and wonderful staff! Highly recommended
+ We had an amazing stay and really enjoyed our time at Kuum Hotel & Spa. The hotel is beautiful, very clean and the overall atmosphere is wonderful. The staff were always kind, welcoming and professional. The reception team was so nice, especially helpful and always ready to assist us with anything we needed. A special thank you to Mert from the restaurant service – he was incredibly kind, friendly and attentive. His service was absolutely top-notch and he really made our experience even better. We were very happy with the hotel and the overall level of service and would definitely love to come back!

Not worth this amount of money
+ Good location, nice view from the room
− The breakfast is terrible, there's nothing to eat. The hotel and rooms are very outdated, not worth that high price at all! The guy at the front desk barely speaks English and doesn't understand anything. The staff at breakfast and on the beach also constantly get orders wrong. Some areas in the hotel are abandoned and it's clear that this place was once alive, but now it's a ghost town…

Disappointing
+ Good location
− Overall, our stay was average and unfortunately did not meet our expectations. Considering the price and the positioning of the hotel, we expected a much higher level of service and hospitality. The biggest disappointment was the service at the beach. Staff were not particularly friendly or welcoming, and the overall attitude did not reflect the level of hospitality we would expect from a hotel in this category.

Very Good
+ We loved the exclusive atmosphere and how spacious the rooms were!
− But for a hotel that has “Hotel & Spa” on their name, Spa was very disappointing and extremely old. They should really manage it better, but also renovate it to match with overall quality of the hotel.

Pleasant
+ breakfast was diverse and tasty. It was perfect.
− The staff could hardly speak English for most of them. They were very nice and trying their best to help, but communication was not always obvious. The hotel was almost empty. Most of the time we were the only 2 customers in the 2 restaurants for dinner... It felt very lonely...
