Nice, new and cool hotel.
+ Hotel is brand new, so everything looks amazing. New guests were given a passport, once all stamps have been collected, guests can receive a small gift. Roof-top looks amazing, but didn't have enough time to enjoy it.
− Breakfast venue wasn't huge, but they served the food really quickly. Hotel lobby car/ taxi enterance was a bit tight. When we arrived, it was under repair, and cars had to reverse into the drop-off area.

Enjoyable.
+ breakfast is pretty good. Service are v attentive, polite.
− The pillows are too soft. Sadly both my hubby n me were unable sleep well during our stay X 3 . We chose this hotel because of its good location, the good staff service n prompt n quick housekeeping service. Lastly They bothered to remember the guests esp the returned guests like us who had stayed thrice at Kromo.
