Fantastic place to stay, clean, staff were friendly and informative and the location was spot on.

+ Clean, close to everything we wanted to see. Comfortable and the facilities were great.

− No tea, coffee, milk to make hot drinks. No tea towel to dry dishes.

+ The pool and the location is amazing i think it is the best apartment i have ever been to for this price

Except for the 2 mentioned negative points, a pleasant stay with many neighboring restaurants and cafees

+ Spacious, modern, washing machine/drier in one, close to Dubai fountain area, great swimming pool.

− Infested with little flies, probably fruit flies laying their eggs in the plumbing. Mattress was almost as hard as the floor, harder than anything I have ever slept on. Host refused to change it. I had to improvise with putting extra blankets and pillows on it.

+ Property has excellent location, just next to Burj Khalifa, there is amazing pool where you can directly enjoy Burj view. Lot of shops , restaurants in the are, 5mins walk to Dubai Mall, 15mins walk to metro. Communication with renters was excellent, there was even check-in help upon our arrival.

− Property is on 16th floor does not have Burj view, instead you are looking at large construction side which was really noisy with non stop work and huge noise also during the night.

+ The apartment location is it's best part. We were there for New Years fireworks and only had to go downstairs to view the Burj Khalifa fireworks. The residence passes were posted to us on 31st early morning, so that we have smooth access to the area. It is very close to Dubai Mall and Fountains too. The communication was very easy with swift response any time of the day. The apartment has all the amenities. There is a garbage chute just outside the apartment door. I will highly recommend and looking forward to be back in our next Dubai trip

− 1.Oven gloves would be nice to have as no one actually travels with them 2. The cooker hood never worked so we had to keep the AC on just to get the smell out 3. We could not keep the balcony door open because of a rotting smell, unsure whether this was from outside or within the room but it was particularly strong every time we entered the apartment. This should particularly be looked into

+ Excellent location. It actually is within 10 mins of walking distance from Burj Khalifa ticket entrance and Dubai mall. Several food and deli options nearby. Location is excellent !!
