Decent stay

+ If you don’t expect 5star Dubai or Türkiye experience, this place is just fine. Unlikely in the comments below the communication with the provider was very easy and fast. The room is decent clean, very nice swimmimg pool up there. The location was also convenient

Careless and disrespectful host

+ The residence itself is very nice. Well located and with an infinite rooftop pool and a well equipped gym facing the petronas twin towers. The building is well maintained and clean. You can book a room or an apartment through dozens of different operators on booking.

− Unfortunately the operator I had was the worst ever. I'm going to include in this review the whole conversation I had with my host on WhatsApp so you can see by yourself. I booked a one room apartment for two and on our arrival there was only one towel. When I asked my host face to face for a second towel he was like "yeah of course give me 5 minutes and I'll bring it to you" but that never happened. So after hours I asked him again on WhatsApp and he ignored me. The following day I texted him once again for a second towel, and again he didn't even replied. So I absolutely don't recommend this host/operator as he was careless and disrespectful towards his guests. I recommend booking this residence, but through other operators and hosts you'll find here on booking (do your research), but not through this one.

Rude and awful

− I booked this property for a long weekend in october. I booked this a week before arrival through booking.com and received an confirmation. However on the day of arrival these people were not answering my phone calls or text regarding check-in. Once I arrived at the entrance I called them a few times. After a while some guy answered the call to say in bad English and in a very rude way that there was an overbooking and that I have to book something else… They said it was not their problem en just simply ignored me. No help, no sorry, no nothing. Very amateurish and a complete disaster.

+ The accommodation was reasonably priced and overall okay for the money. The apartment itself was fine, and I accepted some of the minor inconveniences because of the good price.

− The apartment was not cleaned particularly well, and I had to wait quite a long time at check-in before the keys were brought to me. I was also disappointed that the swimming pool was closed halfway through my stay. This was especially frustrating because I had originally booked another accommodation where I was informed in advance that the pool would be unavailable due to maintenance. I cancelled that reservation and booked this one instead, partly because of the pool. When I asked the owner why I had not been informed in advance, he said that the closure was unexpected and that he had not known about it either. I understand that unexpected maintenance can happen, but I was disappointed that no discount or compensation was offered. Not even apologize... The checkout experience was the biggest problem. I contacted the owner in the morning to arrange a time to return the keys, but he did not respond to my messages or answer his phone. After about three hours, he said he was on his way, but it took him another hour to arrive. I was very close to missing my flight because of this. I also had to actively ask for my deposit to be returned; otherwise, I might not have received it.

Definitely will repeat!

+ Nice view and environment from the swimming pool! The room was very clean & tidy.

− Everything was sooo good except for the elevator and the lobby. The wait time was so long & very packed.

Do not stay here.

− Would not recommend anyone to stay here. Room was not clean to begin with. Dirty towels were left in the washing machine when we arrived. Terrible sewerage smell coming from the toilet and from outside the building. Not enough dining and tableware for two people. Staff were not helpful. Nothing was mentioned about the deposit that must be payed at check in, which we never got back and we arguably left the place cleaner than we arrived. Upon checkout we agreed to meet staff at 9 A.M as we had an early flight to drop off key and to get deposit returned. We waiting for 30 minutes and the staff never showed up. We contacted multiple times only to get a reply a couple hours later but never got the deposit back.

Exceptional Views and Facilities

+ Great location!! I was offered a very good spot by the staff. The room I got was on the 30th floor and had a wonderful city view where you can see the twin towers on sight! The room is very clean and comfortable. The swimming pool and gym facility are located at the floor above also facing the gorgeous views of KL. I was very impressed for it's location as you are still in the heart of the city. The staff were very helpful and kind.

− There was a issue with my lock ended up breaking, so I needed to ask for assistence and ended up staying back at my hotel room until it's fixed. The staff did everything they can to help despite how busy they were. Ended up replacing the lock and it's back and working again. Another concern was that the wifi connection is very poor. My room had a tv that provides streaming services, but couldn't run them because of the poor connection.
