Family, Budget and Pet Friendly

+ I really love that the location was not on the main busy street, but a bit aside, so you don't disturb from night clubs and night life activities. I really like the friendliness of the staff and wiliness to help. We love the territory and the big clean pool, and pretty big size apartments with all the kitchenette. I really love that they have their own lounge space on the beach and it's a game changer.

− It looks like they have just finished doing the renovations and the fresh smell of it were not really nice, as well as it still was a bit dusty inside. But it's easy to manage and I'm sure they've already fixed it.

+ Staff and owners terrific literally home from home. Not everyones idea of a break and not suitable for children, which was great. No alcohol sold but local shops and duty free solved that issue. Only local breakfast provided but more than ample and quality home grown fruit and vegetables. If you're looking for a complete rest and relax then either pool or nearby sea will fulfill 💯.

− Rooms are very basic so don't expect more than good budget hotel unless you go for one of the upgrade rooms with jacuzzi etc. Beds are very firm. All with balcony and set within the fruit gardens.

Choose this hotel as prbably best price fopr value but be ready to pay in cash without a receipt.

+ Excellent hotel for its price. We had a very late arrival and staff was up to meet us and show the room, which was nice, clean, quiet, the AC was working well.

− The hotel didn't want to accept my card, so we agreed for cash, after which they didn't want to provide me with a receipt. Only after calling the administration they agreed to do it - they wrote it by hand but nevertheless put a stamp and hand signature to make it "kinda official". I understand why they do this but I was never let know in advance that cards are not accepted or receipts are not given and overall this should be illegal and a red flag for me.

Friendly family-run peaceful hotel.

+ Owner & family were really friendly. They wanted us to treat our stay as a home from home. Really peaceful, relaxed atmosphere. We loved having our own pool in the garden of our mountain view apartment as well as being able to use the main pool. The place was clean, well serviced & had good facilities, including a delicious traditional Turkish breakfast as well as facilities to be able to self cater. The owners pet bunnies liked to chill out in our garden, but they were so sweet. The hotel had a great range of room options to suit everyone's taste, but would really recommend the room with pool. We were in it almost every day. The hotel was a perfect location for us and much less of a 'resort'. It felt much more local and friendly. It is about an hour into Antalya old town & harbour; just 40mins to Konyaalti Beach; and also accessible to lots of interesting places to the South. Phaselis archeological site (& great sandy beach) was only 15 mins drive away and the Lycian rock tombs at Myra were about 90mins drive away. Thank you Kiriş Garden Hotel for making our holiday so enjoyable!

Amazing stay!

+ Wonderful hotel! Amazing staff, location, room, breakfast. Everything. Their beach is beautiful and not boring 🥰

It is near to the free beach but there are no good stores nearby, pretty expensive and poor selection, hire a car if wan

+ It was nice but expect to be bitten by a lot of mosquitoes by the pool, it was horrible, breakfast is not great, low selection, but overall it was a good stay

The pictures used in the advertisement do not accurately reflect the current condition of the property

+ The nice garden, the peaceful surroundings, the swimming pool, the convenient parking, and the easy access to the beach.

− The two rooms we booked were not cleaned regularly, and there were no mirrors in the rooms. We also had problems with the water pressure. Overall, the premises looked quite dated and were not particularly well maintained.

+ Unique hotel in an area full of resorts. This hotel maintains the local spirit, run by very friendly and helpful staff. Very big rooms and fantastic swimming pool

Great place to stay for a vacation.

+ Thanks to the staff and owner, everyone was as friendly and responsive as possible. They offered to make me feel at home, which I did. This hotel is truly for those who just want to relax from the hustle and bustle and be happy with access to the beach for a carefree pastime. Plants and animals on the territory create a comfortable feeling of unity with nature.

− I would like the furniture and fixtures to be in a little better condition.
