+ I had a wonderful experience staying at Killim Boutique. The hotel has a lovely atmosphere, and the hospitality was excellent. One thing that really impressed me was how helpful and caring the management was. I actually got lost on my way to the hotel, and the hotel management was kind enough to send someone to help me find my way. That level of personal attention really made me feel welcomed. If you want to spend a good and relaxing time, I highly recommend choosing a balcony room. It adds a special touch to the stay and makes the experience much more enjoyable. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at Killim Boutique. Great hospitality, helpful management, and a lovely atmosphere. I would definitely stay here again!

A hotel that actually delivers on service

+ Solid stay overall, with story that happened to me. I left my wallet in the room with cash, cards, and passport included, and only realized it once I was already at the airport. I called the hotel, and the staff reacted really fast, they had a taxi sent to me right away. That kind of responsiveness isn't something you get everywhere. The design and overall atmosphere were pleasant. I'm particular about smells and cleanliness, and the room was clean with no odd smells, which I appreciated. Soundproofing was good! Either I slept unusually well, or the rooms are genuinely well-insulated. I'd bet on the latter. The location is the strongest point of this hotel, honestly hard to beat. Would recommend.

− One thing worth mentioning: the room was smaller than we expected. We had seen the size in the photos beforehand, but it still felt tighter in person. That said, you adjust quickly, by day two it wasn't an issue at all, especially since we spent most of our time out exploring the city and only came back to sleep well.

Peaceful stay in the Old City

+ The hotel is on a quiet and conveniently located street in the Old City. There's a central atrium, so some rooms have windows with daylight and air from the atrium, while others have windows looking onto the street. Our room was tastefully decorated, well-equipped, and had a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was very good.

− The bed was huge in relation to the room itself. We would have preferred a smaller bed with more space around it.

Lovely hotel with helpful, efficient staff

+ Helpful, friendly staff and surprisingly quiet overnight given how close we were to the street. Enormous room with huge comfortable bed and equally enormous bathroom. We wished we could’ve stayed longer.

+ The location is perfect and the place has a soul. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable, the bed is great, we loved everything about this hotel and highly recommend it

Central small and nice hotel in Baku

+ The hotel is in the heart of the old city. It is not a very big hotel, so it feels more intimate. The staff was very efficient in checking us in when we arrived, like at 3 in the morning. The room was quite big and modern, with daily water bottles provided.

− The room wasn't super clean. Part of this was because the walls are made of sandy stone that releases small pieces with the slightest contact. So every time we got some small wall debris on the bed and on the floor. Cleaning the room didn't always remove the dust that fell from the wall. Also, the shower didn't have the best pressure.
