COSY HOTEL IN KEMER
+ We arrived a little bit late than we had mentioned. It was so nice that they checked us, and ask if everything OK. I feel myself being cared. The customer service is really well-trained. Thank you so much for your lovely response to all my maybe boring, silly questions. The hotel has a pool and it is so clean. Not sure if we are in their lucky term, but most of the guests are from UK and Europe. We went dinner together with our new friends. I was so pleased on the environment. The staff has a quality service. They are not chasing always for other drinks while you are enjoying nice weather in the beautiful hotel garden, (which could probably make me cross) but they are just there when you need them. I feel so comfortable. I do highly recommend this hotel. If quality and cleaning are your mandatories, you are in the right hands guys. Kemer Royal Hotel is the best option for you.

+ It was quite nice experience. One of the best budget hotel in Kemer. The location is amazing but better than this, you always can find a smiley face around you. Love the staff. They were beyond being helpful. Love the spotless clean room. Staff gave me so many tricks about the environment. I discovered amazing natural habitats. My partner and the hotel owner are now friends. it is our one and only address in Turkey from now on. If you think cared, it is the best address.

+ El gos de l hotel i el personal. No parlen angles pero intentent ajudar
− No m ha agradat res. Les fotos no tenen res a veure amb la realitat. Wc molt petit amb dutxa sense mampara. Hem pagat 80 € per un hotel que no val més de 40 €. Es pitjor que qualsevol de les pensions on hem estat a turquia

− "Un séjour dont je me souviendrai… mais pas dans le bon sens" Je viens souvent à Kemer et j’ai l’habitude de prendre un hôtel pour une nuit avant de rejoindre mon vrai lieu de vacances. Celui-ci avait l’air sympa sur les photos, mais la réalité est tout autre… On est clairement sur un cas de photos très (trop) retouchées. À part l’emplacement, rien ne va vraiment : la chambre qu’on a eue était décevante, l’ambiance pas terrible, et on avait vraiment l’impression de ne pas être les bienvenus. Peut-être qu’on n’a pas eu de chance, mais franchement, les hôtels autour sont bien meilleurs pour le même prix. Je ne le recommande pas. À éviter si vous cherchez un minimum de confort et de qualité.

The location was perfect, too — close to all the main attractions! We felt truly pampered and valued throughout our stay. This hotel sets the standard for hospitality, and we will be returning. + le personnel de l'établissement a été à la disponibilité et à la hauteur de mon exigence. ils ont apporté tout le réconfort nécessaires . je les remercie pour leur gentillesse pendant mon séjour.
− la seule anomalie que j'ai pu retenir c'est la douche ! l'eau était soit trop froide ou soit trop chaude et impossible de pouvoir réguler une température pour avoir une eau tiède . et je peux aussi ajouter le fait d'être au rez-de-chaussée peut apporter un inconvénient lorsqu'on entend les gens venant à la réception. parfois les murs ne sont pas assez isolés.
