+ Location, few mins to Taksim square, famous street and restaurant . The room is clean. And staffs is very nice and helpful.

+ The location is great and very accessible through all kinds of transportation. The room was clean and nice, bathroom was spacious. I would also recommend this hotel if you are in Istanbul just for one night as it is very easy to travel to/from the airport and everything is open until very late so you can have dinner/early breakfast.

− 1. Staff didn’t know English so it was a little bit hard to communicate, but they were very nice anyways 2. The bed takes all of the space so in order to reach the window you have to climb on the bed. 3. It’s a little bit noisy but it is to be expected in this neighborhood 4. There is no storage room for luggage if you want to leave it after check out. The only option is to leave it in the lobby which does not feel safe

+ Location is very central, basically a walk to Taksim

− There were a few minor issues that could've made this stay rate better than 7/10: - on our first day we didn't have any hot water in the shower. They acknowledged and fixed it, but it did ran out when it was really needed - the hotel is so steep slope that taxis leave you with your luggage near it and you drag it up the street - staff didn't know any English at all

En tout cas, lors de ma prochaine visite à Istanbul, je choisirai certainement à nouveau le Kaya Beyoğlu. Je le recomman

+ Un excellent séjour au Kaya Beyoğlu J’ai passé 11 nuits au Kaya Beyoğlu, idéalement situé en plein cœur de la place Taksim, et mon séjour a été très agréable. Le personnel est très accueillant, agréable et serviable. L’hôtel est récemment rénové, avec un standing haut de gamme, et surtout, il est très propre. L’emplacement est également un grand avantage pour visiter Istanbul et profiter de Taksim.

− Quelques petites remarques pour aider à améliorer encore davantage l’expérience des clients : il manque un espace pour étendre les vêtements, même un simple fil près de la fenêtre serait pratique. Les oreillers pourraient également être plus confortables. Enfin, l’espace de rangement des vêtements est un peu petit et manque de supports/cintres. Ce sont vraiment de petits détails qui ne gênent pas beaucoup, mais après avoir passé 11 nuits dans l’hôtel, je pense que ces remarques peuvent être utiles au propriétaire pour continuer à améliorer l’établissement et proposer encore plus de services aux clients.

+ Ümumilikdə otel yaxşı idi.Otelin yerləşməsi əladır ,metroya çox yaxındır istənilən yerə rahat getmək mümkündür.İşçilər və təmizlik də yaxşı idi.

− Gecələr səs -küylü ola bilir əsasən də həftə sonu ancaq pəncərələr bağlananda nisbətən sakit olur .Səs sevməyən biri üçün mənfi sayıla bilər ama bizim üçün çox da problem deyildi

Great location and modern building

+ Perfect location, very close Taksim Square and to metro, tram, ferry, etc. A lot of restaurants, bars and cafes options around. Even though the room is a little bit small, it is perfect for a short stay. The hotel seems to be recently renovated and new. The internet is stable and fast. It is possible to go to many places walking.

− The cleanliness of the room could have been better, the vacuuming/sweeping of the room was poor. The room had a window to a very busy street full of bars and restaurants, so it was quite noisy during the night through the dawn. It gets better if you close the window as the isolation works well and we slept normally. However, this could be an issue if you are a light sleeper.
