Nice View but Poor Room Condition and Soundproofing

+ The room had a nice view, which the only positive aspect of the stay.

− There were several things that made our stay uncomfortable. The toilet seat cover was not functioning properly and kept falling down, sometimes touching our clothes from behind while using the toilet. The tissue holder was also broken, and the room carpet did not appear clean. The room did not have an inside lock, which made us feel uncomfortable, especially as we were staying with our family. There was also a lot of noise from outside. Our room was a connecting room with very poor soundproofing. We could clearly hear the guests in the adjoining room laughing and making noise until late at night, as well as some other uncomfortable sounds. This was particularly unpleasant while staying with my family and affected our ability to relax and sleep comfortably. The hotel is also quite isolated, with no shops or other convenient facilities within easy walking distance.

Good stay close to airport

+ The location was very good and the stuff were very friendly and supportive , they even upgraded one of the rooms as a gift cause we booked more than two rooms

− There is no isolation in the room and the neighbors were making lot of noise tell 1 am . Additionally they were smoking nut alarms didn’t ring and all the cigarette smell was in our room

+ والله کنت خایفه یطلع الفندق مو مره لان فیه تعلیقات کانت سییه، بس الحق ینقال الفندق نظیف ومرتب والموقع ممتاز قریب من کل شی. السریر الکبیر یکفی شخصین بالغین بالراحه والاسره الصغار تعتبر twin یعنی شوی ضیقه بس المکان مریح جدًا ککل. الموظفین محترمین ویساعدون.

+ Very clean and cozy hotel, very comfy beds, new facilities, friendly staff

− Fridge in our room didn't work, we asked a receptionist, he promised that it will be fixed, afterwards he told us that it was fixed, but no. Noone could speak in English with us

Pleasant

+ The breakfast was delicious and the staff also was very nice and quite helpful

− We booked a room for 3 people where the third one was on the sofa bed. However when we arrived (which was pretty late) the sofa bed was not prepared as normal practice in most hotels. We had to ask for linens etc and prepare the bed ourselves.
