Great for 1 to 2 nights

+ Good value for money for a short stay.

− The location the amenities and it's old.

Worse than expected

+ The staff were really helpful and friendly. Room was quite clean and there was a complimentary slippers. There’s a pool next to breakfast

− The room had slightly mouldy walls, it was tiny, the WiFi was awful, breakfast was, limited choice and no proper drinks unless you pay extra. Tv could not be changed into English so there was no point. The curtain wasn’t wide enough to actually cover all of the windows. Beside lamp was as dim as a lighter. Flying Bugs in the corridor

For a gentle relaxing break.

+ Rooms were clean and modern bathroom. The pool was refreshing but not cold and not too deep for non swimmers.

− Location was remote to where I wanted to be but if you likes quiet place there’s a lot to be said for the hotel

Lovely hotel if you knkw what you're getting !

+ Traditional Turkish hotel..no bar, ( which was fine for us), not far from restaurants and main strip for shopping , and for buses and pickup for trips, but quite far from sea and from Old Side. Food was lovely, I like traditional Turkish food so no worries there, the dining staff and cooks were so lovely! Pool was beautiful, clean, and big.. Staff did not speak much English, but use phone translate . Staff very helpful with requests and got us a much better rate for taxis , for which we were very grateful!

− Room was nt cleaned for 5 days!! We had to ask! We had changed our request , for a room with a balcony, and had to request a change of room after first night. The balcony double room was new but very small, and small in height, partner cut his head open on pelmet within 10 mins of being in there...would have needed stitches but as a nurse I carry steristrips with me , and we taped something over thwt corner and let reception know as a safety thing... there was no lift to 3 Rd floor . Stairs are marble , so slippy if wet!!!!

Exceptional

+ I traveled through Turkey with my family and stayed in six different apartments and hotels, and this one offered the best value for the money. Everything about this hotel was perfect, far beyond what I expected for the price.

Good stay!

+ Our stay at this hotel was perfect. We stayed for just one night while passing through, and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel staff were very kind and helpful, even though communication in English was not always flawless. They really did their best! The room was spacious and very clean, and the breakfast was definitely good as well.

− The beds were a little bit hard

Some positive parts but mostly negative

+ The pool was lovely and the breakfast wasn’t too bad, different things everyday

− The room was not as we thought it would be. We had a room by the pool. The shower we had was broken, there were cracks all on the walls, there was a hole by the door with electrics showing, the door wouldn’t shut properly, you had to slam it to close it, the bathroom door was put on incorrectly as the lock was on the outside rather than the inside. The shower doors were broken. The room was quite small. The aircon constantly dripped water onto us on the bed. The toilet seat wasn’t fixed on correctly, we had no hot water for the last few days and the WiFi was terrible

My room was not cleaned once in 7 days

+ Breakfast is simple but fresh and tasty. There is also a dinner provided for extra 10 euros per day.

− A mosque is in 250 meters, and it is very loud 5 times per day. Be ready to wake up before sunrise every day. Rooms are supposed to be cleaned every second day, but mine was not cleaned once in 7 days. Even trash bins were never emptied. Rooms and common facilities need maintenance. The WiFi connection is unstable.

Second time staying, will definitely stay again

+ Very relaxing hotel away from the hustle and bustle of the big hotels. All staff are lovely and helpful. Breakfast buffet is plenty and fresh, very tasty. The rooms are spotless, the air conditioning is excellent and quiet, as is the fridge. Second time staying here, will stay again.

− Loud music around the pool

Comfortable family hotel not close to the sea

+ Great room and staff. Good value for money. Good buffet breakfast..comfortable room. I knew the property was outside Side and not on the sea so that didn't bother me.

− Powdered milk and instant coffee at breakfast..I would have loved an option of real coffee and not only instant but I understand most clients drink tea.
