بسیار عالی
+ Great location in Almaty and nice staff! The capsule was super comfortable and had everything you need inside.
− It is a small place, overall, even the reception. Bathrooms could have been cleaner

Central capsule hotel in Almaty
+ I forgot my sandals on the check out as you have to wear sleepers inside the capsule room The staff kept my sandals and my friend who was visiting Almaty few weeks later could fetch them. Hostel is very good at communication both on whatsapp and at the reception Thanks!
− This is a very much like transit hostel which is fine, but worth knowing.

عالی بود
+ The staff were really nice and were great with any questions I had. Nice but small area by reception to chill. Water tank with hot and cold water and microwave and they let you store food in their staff fridge which was really nice of them. Rooms cleaned daily and have secure lockers and the beds were really comfortable, with different light settings and sockets for your tech. Bathrooms had nice hot water. I thought the location was really good.

Okay for 1 or 2 nights
+ Capsule was comfortable and felt private. They allowed me to leave the baggage behind and collect later. Very nice staff.
− Had to walk to get a Yandex. Hair in door groove when I was there, they saw it when they showed me the capsule and had it cleaned . Only 1 bathroom for the whole room and it wasn’t cleaned at all when I was there.

Very quiet relaxing hostel, ideal for mature adults.
+ Nice quiet Hostel, the pods make personal space great and sleeping very comfortable, good lockers for backpacks. Washing facilities and currency exchange right beside it.
− Not much for communal space.
