− The room wasn't cleaned properly. The leak was in the bathroom. It was impossible to sleep at night because of mattress mates

− The soap dispenser by the sink not working, a broken shower, and an air conditioner that didn't work. Additionally, the room I received did not match the photos shown on the booking website.

Good overall and good value for money just need to be cleaners more often

+ The staff were friendly and very helpful and they were there when you needed them at all times couldn’t fault them, we were there a week and never had the bed changed or new towels that wasn’t the best but the location was great x

+ The staff was super hospitable and helpful. Good price and centrally located in Kadikoy. It was quiet.

− The whole staircase smells of cigarette's smoke. As a result that air made the room smell bad as well during the whole night, which was uncomfortable. Otherwise, everything else was fine.

Certainly wouldn't recommend to a friend.

− On top of the room not having a window, which was not made clear in advance, there was no soap or shower gel/shampoo in the room, even though the ad promisses "free toiletries". Couldn't even wash my hands after a day of traveling, haven't seen this anywhere else in the world. At the same time, the room had a TV set, a hairdryier, and two pairs of sleepers for a single room, which is kind of ridiculous when you don't have HAND SOAP. The room kettle was missing a lid but functioned.

I’ve travelled the world and this is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at.

− They were so rude, RACIST and zero customer service.
