+ The hotel looks very good, the staff was very nice and welcoming and the location is great. They upgraded us to a larger room and make sure we have another bed and a baby cot.
− Because of the casino the hotel smells like cigarettes, and the smell is very strong. Even in the floors (and we were in the 16th floor) there is a strong smell of cigarettes

+ The staff was friendly and helpful. The view is beautiful but the windows were dirty which affected it. The breakfast was really good. The sauna was also nice.
− Aircon was kept at 24 degrees. Was told to open the window if I wanted cold air.

− Wifi not working in all room, we had to go to the door to grab it, asked multiple times to reception for a fix but never did anything. Also the position of the TV right behind a big column , so we could not watch tv from the bed, you should put the tv. On the column. Room 1608
