Nice stay in Pattaya
+ Quiet place in the back street to not be bothered with club sounds during the night. Decent room and bed, good cleanliness. Gym is small, but solid if you are alone.
− Swimming pool needs cleaning and refurbishment, there was debris from its sides on the floor.

Very good pace to stay at a reasonable price
+ We booked a family room and it was very spacious and clean. The staff at the reception was very polite and helpful. The lobby was also very attractive.
− The breakfast was horrible. Nothing was fresh. If you are booking avoid breakfast here.

Great location for a great price!
+ Great value for money! Great location surrounded by bars, 7-11s, the Pattaya Avenue and not far from the beach. Room and everything were clean. Balcony also had a sink for washing clothes. There's also a gym and pool but we didn't have time to make use of these.
− Strong smell of fresh paint (probably due to recent renovations), but it wears off after a while. AC was relatively loud and it woke me up a few times, but probably that's less of an issue for other people. Views weren't really great.
