+ The buffet breakfast had a great selection of local and international cuisine. The staff was helpful and attentive in making sure our dietary requirements were well taken care of.
− The check in process was very slow, not sure if it was a manpower issue on the day of check in or it was their systems. The rooms were a bit dusty, perhaps this is an area that requires a little more attention to detail.

We booked this hotel because we stayed at ITC Ratnadipa in Colombo and the hotel and service was goo
+ The first room provided was really bad. Bathroom was dirty and very uncomfortable shower. Air conditioning was not working and I have to a technician at 4 am to fix it. We were very tired after 5 hours of drive from Agra and was disappointed

− Room wasn't fully clean as there were a lot of bugs and small spiders And i asked several times to change my room as it was next to the staff room And was very noisy but no one responded to my request

It is a great place to stay and worth the money spent. I would like to stay there again.
