Great location and a large apartment; it just needs updating.
+ A large three-bedroom apartment with balconies in every bedroom and the living room; located in the very center but not on a noisy street, with a 24/7 supermarket right downstairs and an elevator.
− The air conditioner in the large bedroom was very noisy, there was a leak from the shower stall in one of the bathrooms, and there wasn't enough kitchenware; it could have been cleaner, and the living room furniture needs refurbishing.
