+ η τοποθεσία είναι εξαιρετική διότι έχει άμεση πρόσβαση στο κέντρο της Κω. Πλησίον του καταλύματος υπάρχουν πολλά και ποιοτικά καταστήματα υγειονομικού ενδιαφέροντος και το κατάλυμα ήταν εξαιρετικά δροσερό.
− Χρειάζεται ανακαίνιση στα κουφώματα προκειμένου να αποκλείεται αποτελεσματικά το φως της ημέρας και να μειώνεται ο εξωτερικός θόρυβος

+ Υπέροχη διαμονή! Το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ καθαρό, προσεγμένο και άνετο. Νιώσαμε πολύ όμορφα και όλα ήταν οργανωμένα στην εντέλεια. Η φιλοξενία ήταν εξαιρετική και σίγουρα θα το ξανακλείναμε. Το προτείνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα!Ένα μεγάλο ευχαριστώ στην κυρία για τη βοήθειά της και την ευγένειά της. Ήταν πάντα πρόθυμη να μας εξυπηρετήσει και το εκτιμήσαμε πολύ.
− Το μόνο σημείο που θα αναφέραμε είναι ότι το μπάνιο ήταν λίγο στενό για εμάς και κατά τη διάρκεια του ντους έβγαιναν νερά έξω. Κατά τα άλλα μείναμε ευχαριστημένοι από τη διαμονή μας.

Great price-quality ratio in Kos town!
+ +Location is great, near to the Kos Port and lots of restaurants including right downstairs. + Irina was super friendly and so adorable when on the day of check-out she gave me bag of homemade cookies <3 + Price-quality rate very good for Kos Town.
− I am very happy customer but just that as there are little oven and frying pan, it would be nice to have more equipment for kitchen such as spatula and so on. This is not the owner's fault but if you are light sleeper there is lot of noise coming from the street right below the apartment.

− Ei ollut kahvinkeitintä. Melittasuppilokin olisi kyllä riittänyt.

“Nice location and balcony, but small bathroom and nearby construction noise
+ The location was really convenient, just a few steps from the international ferry port where boats from Turkey arrive, and right on the street with several good restaurants. Having a balcony was also a nice plus
− The bathroom was very small with just a curtain instead of a shower cabin, so the floor was always wet after showering. The furniture felt quite old and in need of renovation. The biggest issue was the construction next door – we were woken up by loud noise before 8 a.m. on both mornings.

Ideal for couple's trip
+ The location was at Kos port, not too close to the busy center, so we could sleep well at night. The AC was a life saver, and all in all the apartment was well equipped so we could cook, wash our clothes and store our food. Iriana and Maria were exceptionally welcoming and friendly hosts!
− The shower was a bit small, but that's all.

Merkezi ve plaja çok yakın
+ Odanın yeri harika. En çok puanlanan restoranların dibinde. Şehirin cazibe merkezindeki çoğu yere sadece 10 dk da ulaşabildik. Ev sahibi bir çok konuda adım adım bilgi verdi. Oda tertemiz. Balkon var. Plaja sadece 5 dk da ulaşıp denize girebildik. Yastıklar rahat, yatak rahat. Dolapta su ikramı vardı. Havlular temiz ve yeniydi. Fırın, mikrodalga,buzdolabı vb mevcut.Genel anlamda kesinlikle memnun kaldık.Bir daha Kos'a gelsek kesinlikle yine üç kişilik ailemle burada kalırdık.
− Duş perdesi yerine duş kabini olmalıydı. Duş alınca banyo su içinde kaldı. Duş perdesi sizi rahatsız edecek. Neyseki balkondaki paspas ile suyu temizledim.
