A wonderful, comfortable stay in the heart of Tbilisi — highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at IOTA Hotel Tbilisi. The location was excellent, the hotel was very clean, comfortable and beautifully designed. The staff were friendly, professional and always helpful. The room was comfortable and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was relaxing and welcoming. Everything met or exceeded our expectations, and we were very happy with our stay.

Honestly, there was nothing significant that we didn’t like. Everything was well organized and we had a very pleasant experience throughout our stay.

Excellent Location and Cleanliness, but Service Could Be Warmer

We really enjoyed our stay at Iota Hotel Tbilisi. The location was excellent—very central and convenient for exploring the city on foot. We especially appreciated how clean and well-maintained the hotel and our room were. Overall, it was a very comfortable and pleasant stay, and we would happily recommend this hotel to others visiting Tbilisi.

The room was very small, and the staff did not come across as particularly warm or welcoming. Although we were given an early check-in without requesting it, the way it was communicated made us feel as though a very big favour had been done for us.

Beautiful. Stunning. 10/10

The hotel is beautiful. It looks exactly like the photos on bookings but way better. The inside courtyard / foliage in the hotel is absolutely stunning. We couldn’t have booked somewhere better. The restaurants inside the hotel were also fabulous, if we weren’t tourists, we probably would have never left.

Great location, clean venue, friendly staff.

Primary reason why I picked IOTA hotel is the location, it is 5 minute walk from Freedom Square, metro accessible, walkable, surrounded by cafes and restaurants. The venue is nice, clean and calm.
We did not have breakfast at the hotel and I cannot speak about it, but we have been to the restaurant and had a very pleasant experience.

Amazing location and really quiet for being so central. Really gorgeous downstairs and rooftop restaurants. Room was very nice, not very big but decent. Bathroom was nice and actually had walls that weren’t glass (seemingly hard to find these days). Really handy hotel for a Tbilisi stay. Didn’t have breakfast at the hotel.
