Exceptional
+ The service was just top-notch. The employees were very polite, pleasant to communicate with, ready and quick to fix the small issue with electricity. Thoroughly clean interior, with every small detail considered for a comfortable stay - from shower gel to coffee, tea, and water. In addition, there was ideally quiet and noiseless due to an excellent voice isolation and allocation. Will definitely opt for the next visit.
− Just nothing to point out.

+ It was an amazing experience in Armenia. I found this hotel through Booking.com. The hotel looked good in the pictures and was equally nice in real life. The rooms were clean, the staff were well‑mannered, and although the location is a bit far from the city centre, the stay was excellent for the price

Excellent
+ Nicely decorated room. Rooms were very clean. Air conditioner was really efficient. Towels were changed every day. Fresh bottled water was available for free. Behind the hotel free parking lot was available. Breakfast was good but little bit repetitive.
− A bit noisy since its windows look at he road. It is a little bit far from city center but taxi takes you there for 3-4 USD.

clean and good value for money
+ The hotel facilities were sufficient, and the room was really clean and comfortable. For me, the breakfast was also enough and practical. The price was also reasonable, and the hotel offered good value for money.
− The only negative points were the lack of an elevator and the location. However, we were able to get to the city center easily using the Yerevan Taxi app
