It was a miserable experience. I would not recommend this hotel at all.

+ The overall location was ok. Its a short walk to nice restaurants and its only around 1 km from the art museum area. There is also a nice bar/cafe down on the bottom floor accessible from outside.

− The first night there was only scalding hot water so it was impossible to take a shower. Also there were no hangers in the closet to hang up cloths. Additionally, the door the balcony had a broken lock so it was impossible to lock it. The other thing is that only the first building has a lift. The second building with the rooms which have balconies is three stories tall with no left so if you are on the third floor, you have to manually drag everything up or down. The last two nights at the hotel, there was no electricity and no water. This meant no showers and the toilet did not flush. On the last night I didn't sleep at all. Overall it was a miserable experience staying at this hotel. I strongly advise choosing another hotel to stay at.

Pleasant

+ The hotel is relatively clean and okay for one night. We only booked it because our main hotel reservation started the following day, so we needed a place to stay for one night. Otherwise, we probably wouldn’t have chosen it. The location is okay, but there is no elevator, so you have to carry your luggage yourself, which is difficult with heavy bags. The balcony had two very old, worn-out chairs that definitely need replacing. Fine just for a quick overnight stay, but I wouldn’t return.

+ We had a wonderful 4-night stay here with my wife. Everything was great, very clean, and comfortable. The place provided everything we needed for a pleasant trip to Yerevan, and overall, it was a truly relaxing and hassle-free experience. Highly recommended!

− There wasn’t really anything negative, but as a small suggestion: given the room size, it would be great to have a shared common area with tables and chairs—perhaps on the rooftop or any other available space. It would provide guests with a cozy spot to gather, socialize, and hang out with friends more comfortably.

Loud, bad hospitality and staff was rude.

+ Basic hotel

− The Staff was extremely rude and aggressive. Banging on my door when my checkout was an hour later. Overall terrible hospitality and bad energy from staff. Location is next to a construction site too so expect to hear loud noises at8 am. Low quality experience.

Poor

− Unfortunately, it was a complete mistake as far as choosing a hotel was concerned. It starts with the location, continues with the disinterested and unfriendly staff – who seem to regard guests as unwelcome and disturb them whilst they’re on private phone calls – and extends to the rooms, which are simply cobbled together without any plan. In our case, for example, we had to move the bed so that the cupboard would open properly. The value for money here is absolutely poor.
