+ The only thing I liked was that the apartment was spacious and comfortable.
− I had booked a room at the hotel, but when I arrived, the staff refused to allow me to check in unless I paid a security deposit. I explained that I had an urgent appointment and asked them to let me check in first so I could leave my belongings in the room, attend my appointment, and return shortly afterward with the deposit. Unfortunately, they refused and showed no understanding or cooperation, which caused me to be late for my appointment. Furthermore, when I finally entered the room, none of the electrical sockets were working, and the bathroom did not have a bidet spray. Overall, the service and condition of the room were extremely disappointing.
