A warm, welcoming place with a wonderful host - we really enjoyed our stay and would happily return.
+ Our stay at Ilya Apart 1 in Bodrum was truly lovely. The apartment is conveniently located close to the city, yet it feels like a little peaceful haven away from the bustle. The host was incredibly attentive, kind, and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel very welcome and well looked after. The apartment itself is cosy and charming, with a lovely pool and, best of all, some beautiful furry little friends who made the place feel even more special.

Nice and quiet place next to center
+ It's in a quiet location close to the center. A bit of a walk is required. The staff are very helpful. The pool was closed due to winter, but it would definitely be very enjoyable in the summer. It looked renovated. The room and bathroom were clean, and the kitchen had adequate equipment. I recommend it.

+ It was very calm place, no noise, just fantastic views,total relaxation.We stayed early October and had swimming pool to ourselves. I would stay in this place again. Zak was very helpful. He ordered us take away food as we arrived late and didn't take the payment. It was very kind gesture.Also, he helped us to hire a car.
− The apartment is on the hill, which we liked.It provides fantastic sea views . It can be hard for people with mobility issues. Taxi is only around the corner and not expensive. Otherwise I would recommend

+ The spacious accommodation at a fair price with a view to die for and a pool to chill in, which was never crowded. Excellent service from very friendly staff. Ideal for a family.
− Nothing I didn’t like as such but a few additional kitchen items would be an improvement, such as: A microwave oven A bread toaster More sharp knives 8 wine classes (4 red, 4 white)

Lovely self catering apartments
+ Friendly, small apartment complex with swimming pool in walking distance of the beach, local shops and taxi rank. Well equipped for a self catering stay, including washing machine. Staff were really helpful and went out of their way to deal with issues, even if they weren't related to the property. Plenty of space for a family of four.
− Might have been useful to have a microwave and would have been nice if there was a toilet by the pool but both of these are nice to haves rather than things we didn't like.

+ Excellent host couldn't have been more helpful, had an issue with shower hose which I reported to Zac and was replaced the same day. Fantastic pool area.
− Nothing really just a bit of a walk into Bodrum which wasn't an issue for us but wouldn't recommend if you don't like hills as it is very steep!
