− Номер не соответствует заявленным фотографиям, в бронировании указано что должно быть 30м, по факту очень маленькая комната

Ninutsa — A rising star!
+ I want to dedicate this review entirely to Ninutsa, Reservation Agent at IDEA Collection by Gino Hotels. I was having issues with my room and brought my concerns to her. She listened — and I mean really listened, which is rarer than it should be. With patience, kindness, and genuine empathy, she took my situation seriously and upgraded me to a much larger, quieter room. As a very light sleeper, that made all the difference. I slept like a baby. Ninutsa handled the entire situation with a grace and professionalism that went far beyond what I expected. She made me feel heard and genuinely cared for. She has a very bright future in this industry. My prediction is that she'll be managing her own hotel one day — and sooner rather than later. Thank you, Ninutsa!

Great hotel with nice facilities in a good location
+ New hotel in a great location with friendly staff. Facilities were great and the rooms new and spacious
− Lacks a few finishing touches given most likely this is a newly opened hotel; most pressing is probably the lifts (elevators) where currently each lift is called separately (so everyone calls both lifts) and you are not able to specify or control if the lift is going up or down making for some long journeys / waits

+ Our special thanks go to Ninutsa, the receptionist, who did an absolutely outstanding job. She was incredibly friendly, helpful and always willing to go the extra mile to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The customer service was truly exceptional! She even arranged a private driver for our excursions and took care of everything perfectly. Her dedication, warmth and professionalism made our stay extra special. A huge compliment to her – service like this is truly exceptional and deserves to be recognised.

A NEW HOTEL ALREADY SETTING THE STANDARD
+ IDEA Collection by GINO Hotels is one of Tbilisi's newest hotels, and already it's making a strong impression. The location is perfect — right in the heart of the city, within easy reach of cafes, restaurants, grocery stores, and everything else you need. But what truly sets this hotel apart is its people. Ani, the Operations Manager, sets the tone for the entire hotel. Patient, kind, and with a wonderful sense of humor, she leads by example — and it shows in everyone around her. Irakli at reception is genuine, a great listener, and simply a wonderful guy — the kind of person who makes you feel instantly at ease. Gvanca, also at reception, is a sweetheart and impressively detail-oriented — sharp, smart, and always one step ahead. Mariami at reception is wise beyond her years and remarkably humble — qualities that are rare and refreshing. Mariami at the bar has a smile that lights up the room and is incredibly calm and patient. And Ani at the bar — kind and humble to the core — rounds out a team that is truly something special. In years of international travel and living across multiple countries, I've learned to recognize a hotel that genuinely cares. IDEA Collection by GINO Hotels is one of them.

i can only say good things about the staff, and pls post believable pictures coz it’s disappointing that it doesn’t show
