+ Everything was excellent! The children had a wonderful time and really enjoyed all the activities and entertainment programs. A special word of praise goes to the staff, especially the reception team, and in particular Kamran. He helped us change our villa in the shortest possible time and made sure we got exactly the one we liked. We truly appreciate his help and attention! Many thanks to the hotel for the lovely compliments and treats in our room. It was such a pleasant surprise and a very thoughtful gesture! The villa area is absolutely beautiful and, in my opinion, the most picturesque part of the hotel. I’m very happy that we chose to stay in a villa for our holiday. It made our experience even more special.

− The hotel feels somewhat outdated and would benefit from renovation. Unfortunately, we also had a serious health concern during our stay. There appeared to be cases of Coxsackie virus among guests, including in the hotel and pool areas. Our children developed their first symptoms on the day of departure. For the following seven days, they suffered from painful sores and rashes in the mouth and on the body, as well as a high fever that was very difficult to bring down. We believe the hotel should pay particular attention to hygiene and preventive measures in the pools and common areas. It seemed to us that around 70% of the guests were from Russia, and the evening entertainment was largely tailored to Russian-speaking guests. We would have preferred a greater variety of music, including more traditional Turkish music and Western European/international songs, rather than mostly Russian songs. In my opinion, since the hotel has several bars and club bars, it would be a great idea to make the club bar located in the villa area exclusively available to villa guests. This would make villa guests feel more special and valued. It would also prevent guests from other areas of the hotel from coming over simply to pick up pizza and take it to the beach.

+ We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The suite was comfortable, well-appointed, and provided a relaxing environment. The facilities were excellent, and the staff were friendly, professional, and attentive throughout our stay. On the night of our arrival, we were allocated a room on the upper level of the villa. However, the following day, our request to move to a ground-floor room was accommodated promptly and without any inconvenience, which we greatly appreciated.

− Our only recommendation would be to improve the bathroom’s deep-cleaning routine, particularly around the dusty corners of the mirror and the bathtub. Other than this, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and appreciated the excellent service and hospitality.

+ The everyday programs, the pool, beach, the slightly different kinds of food at the buffet, the kids buffet, the mini bar, the ice cream booth, the lobby bar, the pastry corner, very ideal for kids

− The hotel room itself. There is no bathtub in the room which was mentioned in the room description, hence the shower design is quite flat which means there’s flood everywhere inside the toilet every time one takes shower, even for a minute short shower. The sink is also flat which means it just simply contains all the dirts when you wash hands or brush teeth. The toilet seat in our room was so loose and it fell off after the second day housekeeping service, then the maintenance came and said it’s actually broken and needa change a new seat. The sound isolation is not working so well, can easily hear from the next door or the corridor, also the very loud pool parties every night until 23:15.

Great hotel, Lots of Fun, delicious food!!

+ I was very sceptical about the taste of the food in any hotel. Its difficult to find a hotel that serves delicious food. In this Hotel you will never feel hungry or thirsty since there is great and fresh food in every corner! Every evening there is different special food served in the restaurant. And I have to mention my favourite spot the coffeeshop which serves starbucks-like coffee! The waterslide for grownups and for small kids were amazing! We had so much fun staying here and would definitely come back if we are back in Antalya.

− Childrens waterslide should have some shade too like the other babypools.
