Great place to stay in Yerevan.
+ Perfect location, excellent value. Extremely clean.
− Staff at reception HAVE TO LEARN TO SMILE WHEN YOU APPROACH THEM! Also could be friendlier. They are quite robotic and it feels like you’re talking to a machine. They are very efficient, and professional, but they need a bit of character.

+ Location of the hotel was nice, but construction was going on around the hotel. Rooms were pretty good size and clean. The view from the room was also nice. Breakfast was a bit pricey. Everything was close by, within walking distance, which was nice.
− Suggest adding tissues to the room.

Perfect location
+ The location is fantastic, you can walk to most of the places you visit as a tourist. Friendly staff. Very clean and well maintained. Great window insulation with no noise.

Excellent value for money, located right at the centre of Yerevan! Highly recommended!
+ Amazing location, excellent cleaning service and quality breakfast as well as the very friendly and helpful reception staff. excellent location, right at the centre of Yerevan. Rooms are minimal but very good but could have been a little larger to accommodate 2 suitcases. Fridge and supply of free water on the floor are great added value. Breakfast is very compréhensive, provides healthy options, and includes both international and local elements. excellent quality!

Perfect location, wonderful staff -Inna and Mariam, and unforgettable tours and Yerevan experiences.
+ The location was very central and allowed for walking to multiple target sites such as the Yerevan Card office, the square, cascade, opera/ballet theatre, and eateries. Excellent staff awareness and assistance (and special appreciation for Inna and Mariam at the front desk).

It was my 2nd stay at this hotel and I would come back for the 3rd time too.
+ The location is more than perfect and the hotel itself is very good. First of all, it is really clean. They clean the rooms and change towels every single day. The staff is nice and helpful, good and effective communication (they all speak very nice English). I was also impressed by the fact that the hotel is in the city center but inside of it is always quiet and peaceful. We never heard any noise, neither from the city, nor from the other rooms. Generally, this hotel provides you with everything you need. What else, breakfast is very worth purchasing at the hotel's restaurant. The food is very delicious, good variety to choose from and especially coffee from the machine tastes amazing! I have never been in a hotel that would serve such a good, quality coffee for breakfast. The breakfast is not cheap - 14eur per person but it is really good. I would say, Ibis hotel is definitely a great choice.

− My room was on the 9th floor and i could still hear the noise from outside. Also, there is no room service.
