− The Egyptian receptionist did not match the level of competence and courtesy shown by the other reception staff—particularly the Omani young men and the Bangladeshi gentleman, who were excellent; I would especially like to mention Mr. Malik.

− Room (with 2 single beds) was a bit too small for two people.

+ Location.
− Room ok for single person but bed is not so great and getting back pain. Breakfast is good but still there is more room improvement like Bread toaster is not good and only one side it will work, and staffs are not refilling the empty items immediately and taking longer time. They have washing machine but without drier and not sure how much they are going spend additionally to keep drier. During my Dec-25 stay also I have highlighted in the email to them. Room lighting is not so great.
