Very Good
+ Very comfortable bed, duvet and pillows. Very functional room, great to have a tv, fridge and AC. Right in the centre of town, can walk everywhere. Nice rooftop pool with views. Staff were all pleasant.
− Needs a little TLC in places and could be decorated to be more inviting. The list of rules and fines was a bit off-putting! I thought Patong was gross and sleazy but this hotel was a good value stay!

Very good, ideal location. Good value for money.
+ Very clean, pool was always clean. Ideal location close to everything but not noisy so slept well. Comfortable bed and good sized room. Staff were very helpful.

definitely would go back! perfect for students
+ Location was spot on - close to the beach and main bangla road (about 7-10 minutes walk), but far enough so there was no noise or crowd around. Prices for food and massages around were also relatively low compared to other places in Patong. The staff; receptionists and housekeeping team were lovely and friendly. Rooms big and comfy, nice view on mountains. Cleaning service fast and reliable. Quality to price ratio = excellent.

+ The staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are comfy and the hotel is quiet. The standard of cleaning is high. Overall it’s good value for money. Just around 7/10 minutes to the beach.
