+ This hotel is located in paharganj new delhi behind unique hotel. this hotel is hardly 400m from railway station and 2 km from connaught place and this is best budgeted hotel with less tariff and rooms are well cleaned up and room service is nice and staff are humble and bathrooms are quite spacious and the locality and surrounding of hotel is little bit type of slum just opposite to it and all its good for business and short term travellers. while hotel serves both veg and non veg food.

− Given dirty and torn bedsheet toitel was also not clean. I made 2 days booking seperately by booking.com and they demanded extra charge by saying your booking is not vaild for the second day but in my booking app my booking status shows confirmed. I also clearly told the hotel main staff by texting in whatsapp and also informed the reception staff in advance that i will be comming late to the hotel on the second day after visting few places. During the time of information they didnt mentioned about the my booking is not vaild and while reaching the hotel they charged extra amount by saying the room was sold and the amount mentioned in the booking.com is not acceptable and i was forced to pay the amount mentioned by the staff. + I took a private room and it was very clean. The staff were all very friendly and helped with any questions I had. They arranged airport pick up from New Delhi and even though I arrived late, the driver waited for me and was very friendly. They can help with any site seeing, sim cards or anything.

+ Hotel was clean, staff friendly and helpful. Lovely breakfast with plenty of choice. We did have a problem with our room on check-in and we ended up with a solution than usual sized room. the staff were very good and cooperative at presenting with us .
