Great hotel unfortunately wrong room

+ The location is superb near Meidan bazaar. the family french room is spacious, clean, and the amenities are complete. The area is also quiet.

− We stayed for 2 nights but the first night they gave us the wrong room (not as we booked), after complaining, they let us move to the booked room for the 2nd night, however, they did not refund the price differences. The room that we booked was actually more expensive than the room we stayed in for the first night.. Breakfast does not have a lot of options, but tastes okay.

A lovely little hotel

+ The room was big and comfortable with a lovely balcony. It was warm and the location is great. The staff were friendly and it was a really quirky little hotel

− The soundproofing could be better

A good stay for 5 nights

+ The hotel is centrally located in Old Town, within walking distance of most attractions, restaurants, and local events. The breakfast was enjoyable, with freshly prepared fried eggs and omelettes made to order.The girls at the reception esp Mariam was very friendly.We were given an iron box on demand as well.

− The hotel is nestled along a hillside pedestrian walkway, which adds charm but poses challenges. Reaching the entrance requires a steep walk, making it difficult for elderly guests or those with heavy luggage. Since vehicles can't access the doorstep, taxis drop you off nearby. Additionally, there’s no elevator—we stayed on the third floor and had to carry our bags up the stairs

super colourful and picture-worthy design hotel

+ It was an amazing experience! The hotel is super colourful and picture-worthy, with excellent design. Its location is perfect, being close to the center with plenty of restaurants nearby. Breakfast was good, and it was a nice stay overall. A quick note on access: There is no elevator (though the staff was helpful with taking luggage upstairs). Guests should also be aware of the few stairs and the short walk required to reach the hotel entrance.

Good Location. But won't recommend!

+ Location was the best part of this Hotel. When we arrived at night ~2 AM, the lady (sorry we don't know her name) welcomed us warmly and assited us with carrying our luggage to the 2nd floor (as there is no elevator here). This was a really nice gesture.

− There were hardly any meaningful options for a vegetarian breakfast. If you’re a vegetarian, it’s better to book the room without breakfast. The restaurant is managed by a single elderly lady who handles cooking, cleaning, and other chores all by herself. Hotel administration should understand that additional staff support is needed. She didn’t seem very welcoming when we asked for an omelette, she refused completely. Nonetheless, we would give her the benefit of doubt since she appeared quite tired from managing everything alone. On the second day of our stay, the lights in the chandelier went out. We informed the reception, and someone came to inspect the issue, but unfortunately, no one returned to fix it during our entire stay.

Cozy hotel in the old center of Tbilisi

+ The hotel location is in the historical part of the Tbilisi, most tourist attractions in the city are in the walking distance or by taxi for 10 GEL / 3 EUR. Famous baths are located five minutes walk. Breakfast was enough to get the energy to start the day. Yes, there was no 100500 types of cheese but all necessary was available. The interior of the catering space is awesome! Rooms are nicely painted and decorated.

− It was OK for us to bring our suitcases upstairs (about 20 steps of steep stair) but having some trolleys similar to the Venice porters use, can make this process easier. Instant coffee is OK it is widely consumed in Georgia, but having some espresso machine would be appreciated for the four star hotel.

+ Nice staff- Very good location. Really nicely decorated rooms and breakfast Hall. The breakfast itself was decent.

− The bathroom could really ...really use some repair.

Like living in a Wes Anderson movie

+ Each of the rooms has a different theme, and they all look like something out of Wes Anderson movie. The theme of our Room 202 was Russian Czar. The balcony had a great view of the city, and the view from the bed was of 2 ancient churches. Neighborhood is a little noise, but not terrible. Super close to the sulfur baths (we did not smell them) and Maiden Square.

− The breakfast buffet was only fair and was served 8:30-11:00 a.m. Georgians do not have a cultural history of eating breakfast, so we could not find a restaurant open before 10:00 a.m.
