+ It was a good place and fantastic location

Small guest hotel

+ I had a room with a window facing the courtyard, which made it easy to air out the room, and it was also quiet. There was also an air conditioner that could be used to cool down or heat the room if needed. The room is small, but overall, it’s perfectly fine for sleeping, especially if you spend most of the day out sightseeing or exploring. The biggest advantage is the location. There’s a park, a shopping mall, an Italian restaurant, and a large supermarket nearby. All of these places are within a 5-minute walk. The toilet and shower are shared, unfortunately, but there were generally no queues, so it wasn’t really an issue. There’s also a small kitchen where you can heat up food or store it in the fridge. There’s a small shop in the courtyard where you can grab snacks, drinks, and even some basic ingredients if you want to cook.

− The Wi-Fi router in my room wasn’t working, so I had to connect to another one in a neighboring room. As a result, the connection was unstable, and using the internet wasn’t very convenient.

+ This is my first solo trip to any country, so was bit anxious, and also my first time staying in a sharing kind of set up, so was bit worried, Howrah when i went and checked in, everything went off. I felt like i was at home only, and staying with other family members. Met a lot of new people, having breakfast together and chatting was very unique experience for me. Also special mention to Rosa for taking care of everything so smoothly. When i was leaving she waved good bye standing at the door and was waiting there till i closed the main door, it felt very personal. I felt like i could have stayed a bit more. Amazing experience! Thank you! Highly recommended!!

Unbeatable value - but don't cancel if they ask you via WhatsApp

− As you can read from other reviews there are some things to watch out for. (Entrance looks creepy, shared bathroom, cash only, breakfast not available early enough, not really a hotel but an apartment). The key is to know what to expect and plan for it. The main thing I disliked is that they contacted me by WhatsApp asking me to cancel my booking (this seems to happen regularly in Yerevan - not sure if it's because of overbooking). I refused.to cancel myself and told them to cancel from their end They didn't end up cancelling and honoured my reservation, but I disliked that they wanted me to cancel and bear responsibility for the cancellation and forfeit any compensation. However as mentioned, many places in Yerevan seem to do this, and overall I was very happy with this place - it's great value. I'm very happy with what I got for my money and would come again and I recommend it.

+ The stuff was awesome, friendly, always in touch. Hotel is located in city centre only 10 min walk from main republic square, alls hops nearby.

− Hotel is located near main road and traffic make a noise during night, make sure you have earplugs. Also you have shared bathroom and toilet.

+ I had a wonderful stay at Victoria Hotel. The location is excellent, just about a 10-minute walk from Republic Square, making it very convenient to explore the city. The hotel is exceptionally clean, quiet, and cozy—you truly feel at home from the moment you arrive. The owner and all the staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. They genuinely care about making sure every guest has a pleasant stay. One of the highlights was the homemade breakfast. Guests sit together at one table, creating a warm, friendly atmosphere where it is easy to meet other travelers and feel like part of a family.

− My only suggestion for improvement would be to start breakfast a little earlier. Many day tours depart early in the morning, so it is sometimes difficult to have breakfast before leaving. That said, the hotel staff are very understanding and always do their best to help guests in these situations.

Fun Vacation in Yerevan

+ The staff was very friendly and assisted with everything we needed. The hotel was located very near to all major attractions, within a 1km distance. Many food places around as well, including a large mall just across the street

− It was not possible to pay by Credit Card when I arrived. I had to withdraw a large amount to pay for the hotel. This isn't the hotel's fault, i did not notice it is shared bathroom/shower - This is something that was uncomfortable for me and my girl personally.
