Monumental and budget friendly
+ The hotel is located in the best place for tourism, and it is part of the legend itself! The price is reasonably low for such a monumental hotel.
− The check-in staff was a bit rude when I checked in in the evening; there were two young male staff members. One of them told the white guy in front of me every detail about the hotel, and when it was my turn, he didn't say anything extra. Sounds rude. My first assigned room (floor 9 facing the plaza) did not have a functional AC, and it was hot until very late at night!! I complained on the second morning, and they changed my room to the 14th floor facing the other side, which has a nice view and a good air conditioner. The breakfast was supposed to be good with a variety of options, but it was a bit too crowded. The first morning, the coffee machine was broken. The lobby bar does not have AC in the hot hot summer afternoon, which is also weird to me.
