It gets the job done.
+ it's a nice hotel, staff get the job done and they let us check in early which was very appreciated. nothing was bad in my opinion. location is 5 mins walk from the touristic areas but note that it's on a steep hill (which is the case for most areas in Tbilisi anyways). Breakfast covered all the important items and slightly varies each day but it was nice all days. Don't expect a room view since it's in a narrow street but as I mentioned, it gets the job done, a clean hotel with good breakfast and location. For Arabs, the rooms has shattaf which is a big bonus.
− I think they didn't change the bedsheets for the entirety of our stay (3 nights) to be honest we didn't ask, but they didn't do it as a standard.

− breakfast could be a bit more diverse and it should start earlier, 8am is way too late for people who have excursions all day and the breakfast box is very bad.

+ We had a great stay and would definitely come back! The staff were friendly and welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect. Everything felt well organized and relaxing.
− The only small drawback was the lack of dedicated parking — cars are parked on the narrow street in front of the hotel. Still, this was a minor issue compared to the overall excellent experience. Highly recommended!

It was amazing
+ So, IMHO Tuta hotel is one of the best 4-stars hotel in Tbilisi. Here you can find at least clean rooms (everyday cleaning), strongbox for your documents, air conditioner for cooling in hot summer plus always fresh delicious breakfast with desserts for tea. The hotel is placed close to Riki Park and Bridge of Peace but not near to the wide and noise road so you always can open window and hear calm and silence. The friendly and helpful hotel staff deserves special mention; all of them speak english and most part of them speak russian by the way.
