+ Wir haben eine sehr schöne und angenehme Woche mit meinen Kindern verbracht. Ich danke dem gesamten Team – insbesondere dafür, dass sie meinem Sohn aufgrund seiner besonderen Situation den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich gestaltet haben.

+ Jó elhelyezkedés, többnyire kedves és barátságos személyzet. Elegendő méretű, tiszta szoba. A csúszdák nagyon jók, medencék szép tiszták. Étkezésnél mindíg van szabad asztal, tengerparton szabad napágy.

− A medencék körül a kő nagyon csúszik. Pár pincért el lehetne küldeni kedvesség meg etikett "tanfolyamra".

+ Közvetlen tengerparton fekszik. Homokos part. Kedves személyzet. Hatalmas ételválaszték. Nagyon finom volt minden. Az olcsó busz közvetlen a hotel elől indul, nem kell taxi sehová! Folyamatosan takarítottak, hotelben, udvaron, parton is.

− Már reggel 7-kor letakarták a medence körüli napágyakat és hiába fizettünk 5 főre 1 hetet, egyetlen napon sem tudtunk leülni sehová. Közben az ágyak üresek voltak, csak a törölközőt tették rá. Napközben max 10-20 ember ült ott, de mind le volt takarva. Tábla tiltja ezt, de sajnos mégis ezt tették az emberek. A hotelnak szigorúbban kellene ezt vennie a többiek érdekében.

+ The overall experience was average for the price. The food is fairly average, but there is enough variety and you definitely won’t go hungry. The rooms are clean and well maintained, with daily housekeeping and regular towel changes. The pool areas can get quite crowded, probably due to the peak season. The hotel should definitely do something about guests reserving sunbeds with towels. For example, the two sunbeds in front of me had towels on them all day, but nobody showed up until almost closing time. Clearly, someone had reserved them early in the morning and left them unused for most of the day. There is no such problem at the beach, as there are plenty of sunbeds available. The sea is also very pleasant and especially suitable for families with small children. The alcoholic drinks are a bit disappointing. Don’t expect well-known international brands; the selection is mostly standard local brands. Overall, I would rate the value for money as average. It’s not a bad hotel, but at this price point, I believe there are better resorts available.

− The hotel was too crowded, and I think the food selection could have been more varied. The snack bar serves almost exactly the same menu every day: chicken döner and gözleme. There are also unnecessary queues for these items. A hotel in this price range should have solved this issue by now and could easily offer alternatives such as beef döner. At the main restaurant, lamb liver was served for lunch almost every day, which felt quite repetitive and unnecessary. It could have been replaced on some days with red meat or even turkey to provide more variety. Another issue was the grilling. The grilled chicken had a very noticeable fish smell. Even if separate grills are not available, proper cleaning between different foods should prevent the flavors and smells from mixing. The same applies to the fried food at the snack bar. Chicken drumsticks and wings are served every day, and the frying oil needs to be changed more frequently. Overall, better food variety and more attention to food preparation would make a significant difference.

Far better hotels are available in the area for a much better price. Absolutely not recommended!

− The reception staff at Hotel Turan Prince were unprofessional, dismissive, and outright rude. Upon arrival, I was charged an unexpected additional fee — a fee that directly contradicted the information stated in my Booking.com reservation. The reservation clearly indicated that one child could stay for free. I even reviewed this together with the reception staff, showing them the exact wording on the Booking.com website. They acknowledged it, yet still insisted on charging me extra. This was not a misunderstanding — it was a deliberate refusal to honor the terms of the booking. To make matters worse, Booking.com customer service offered no support whatsoever. They were unhelpful, uninterested, and provided zero resolution. It’s extremely disappointing when both the hotel and the booking platform fail their customers so completely. There are far better accommodations in the area, with better service and better prices. After this experience, I will never return to Hotel Turan Prince, and I will no longer use Booking.com for future reservations. I’ll be booking through Trivago from now on, where transparency and customer care actually seem to matter.

+ Jó volt a kis nyugis apartman rész.

− Az étkezést nehéz volt egy picivel összehozni, aki 12- 3 ig alszik.. és utána még az étterem sem volt nyitva. A hütőbe szénsavas üditő helyett teát is bekészíthettek volna. Az utazóágyba nem tudtuk altatni a picit, mert már nagyon elhasznált volt. Az apartman résznél kevés volt a tájékoztatás a programokkal kapcsolatben.

+ Die Lage

− Die Ausstattung des Zimmers. Schlafsofa war sehr ungemütlich.

Allgemein war ich mit den zwei kleinen Kindern sehr zufrieden.

+ Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Essen war super! Das Team im Kidsclub war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch das Team für die Animation waren sehr nett. Ich würde immer sagen, wenn die Ausstattung manchmal nicht stimmt, kompensiert das Verhalten des Personals immer die mangeln.

− Das Geruch in der Patisserie und im inneren Pool war unangenehm.
