Homey vibe acommodation
+ I chose a small room, which was comfortable to stay in. The location may be a bit far from the center of tourist destinations, but it's still walkable to reach the bus stop. It's also very easy to get a Bolt taxi in Tbilisi. The room is comfortable, clean, and there's a fan to accompany your stay in summer. There's a rooftop with a beautiful river view. The owner is also very friendly and helpful. I felt a very homey vibe here
− Maybe I came to Tbilisi during a very hot time, so the room was very warm. I chose a room without air conditioning because it was very cheap. However, the hotel owner was very kind to provide a fan. If you choose this room during summer/heatwave, you can solve the problem by leaving the doors and windows open

+ The hospitality. Levan Is the most wonderful person you may meet in Tbilisi the first hours of your stay. The place is very welcoming just because of him. My mom and I enjoyed it to the fullest

Great Hotel in good location
+ Friendly host, clean and good location. Neighborhood looks a bit run-down, but feels safe. Buses and the metro are a few minutes walk away. The room was clean and the roof terrace is a nice plus.

− NO CLEANING IN THE ROOM FOR 6 DAYS WHEN I ARRIVED (AT 02:30 AM) THE LADY FROM THE RECEPTION DID NOT GAVE MY PASSAPORT BACK TILL THE NEXT DAY, BECAUSE THEY GOT ONLY CASH PAYMENT, AND I HAD NO PLACE TO CHANGE USD INTO LARI AT 02:30 AM.BUT THE NEXT DAY I NEEDED MY PASSPORT TO CHANGE MONEY AND TO BUY SIM CARD.I DON'T THINK IT'S NORMAL TO GOT YOUR PASSPORT HOLD FOR ONE DAY BY A HOTEL RECEPTION.

+ There was no air conditioning in the room, which made it very stuffy and difficult to sleep. There was only one fan, but it was as loud as a helicopter.

+ The owner of this hotel was so welcoming and made us feel like we were at home. Helped us a lot with some of the recommendations of good restaurants and sim cards. He also gave us his homemade wine only for 5 lari . The hotel itself is very cozy. Literally feels like visiting your grandparent's house. The location is great, only 10 minutes from the city centre. The upstairs terrace has an amazing view of the lake, mountains and the whole city. Would definitely stop there again.
