+ The room was awful and unclean. The bathroom smelled bad, and the bathroom door was old and wouldn't close properly. Most importantly, I asked reception not to clean the room, only to be surprised when someone entered and left a water bottle partially open on the floor. There were no towels in the room; you had to ask reception for them. Similarly, there was no hairdryer; you had to borrow one from reception and be asked to return it immediately after use.

+ stuff was really nice, tea and water is free. i like the breakfast, there was soup as well. the door knock was safe. i like the floors arhtitecture as well:) and all in all price was nice so it worthed
− there was no towel. closet water was not working..5 times there was a electric cut at night. there was nt enough space for chair before the table to study and sit. but price was good so it worthed

+ The room was large, and the bed was comfortable. I didn't have any noise disturbances so slept well.
− It could have been far cleaner. Not all electrical sockets were working either which threw me at first. Location is ok, but it's a bit of a walk into Erbil centre so have that in mind.

Good value for money, good team members that will find you any solution needed.
+ The staff was amazing, keeping apologising for the few minutes it took for the checkin, they were very helpful, let me safely park my motorcycle in front of the camera in front of the building. The room was big and had amazing heating option, offered me suhoor food since I couldn’t get the breakfast. It was shockingly cheap for the location. Lovely team
− Apparently there is a government place in front of it and I was not allowed to open the curtains of the room I was in, under the bed wasn’t very clean, the electricity in the morning was off (which is not convenient when trying to shower) but I guess it was because of the events in the region at that time.
