+ Very neat and clean, go ahead. And the property is located just in front of the Gateway of India and that too affordable rate. Go for it.
− There are many steps to get into the hotel entrance, and there is no lift, so with luggage its difficult.

It is a good location in Colaba
+ The hotel is in a great location. The problem is that the room I reserved had no window, and they made excuses. When I asked for one, they were resistant, then agreed the next day to move me to the room I thought I'd get.

+ The location of the Hotel is so good, 200m from Gateway of India and Our Countries Pride Legendary hotel The Taj Mahal Palace. Rooms in hotel are budget friendly, and the food provided by them was also good. Staff behaviour is very friendly in nature and responsible towards their duties. One can book their room without any hesitation. Thanks

It did the job for two days, but I would never book again.
+ The location was great. The bed was comfortable enough, but not enough pillows. The air conditioning worked.
− The hotel street entrance looked like a private, somewhat sketchy apartment. The hotel entrance was on the second floor, which you could only reach after climbing 3 flights of stairs (our bad for not checking if it had an elevator). The lobby was the tiniest lobby I've ever seen. The room was much smaller than advertised. The bathroom was passable, but there was no storage in it and nowhere to put your toothbrush. Plus, the sink leaked. I would give it just a pass for being clean overall. Sheets were dirty. And there was active mold on the ceiling.

Pleasant. Great location.
+ The location is excellent. Right next to the famous Taj hotel. A couple of minutes walk from Leopold cafe. Right near the Gateway of India. Many bars and restaurants to choose from within walking distance.
− Five flights of stars to get into the hotel. There is no lift. There was no hot water and no water at all from the tap into the hand basin. We told staff but no one came to fix it. The room was very small. There was just two of us in the room. Aircon didn’t work. I was there in Monsoon which didn’t help. Spent too much time in the room because of the rain. I think it would be much nicer with better weather so one could go out all day and just sleep in the room.
