− Very disorganised and check out times different from what it said causing me to wake up and I gave them a extra bit of cash cus I didn’t care as much but they had the cheek of asking for money for the water when I already gave them more than enough

− Lift not always working. The steps of the stairs also not good...can easily slip while going down the stairs...hotel Paradise Inn is jyst 20 metres before...it has everything perfect and much cheaper rate. Why pay more when service,amenities bad!!
