Excess to the Airport from this place was perfect
+ The location was great, short walk to the Metro Aqua line which made moving around Mumbai easy. Great staff, really helpful. Small basic but clean room
− This was the last stay of our four week India trip. I did not consider this place good value for money, which might just reflect Mumbai

Great location, great staff, great food.
+ Great location - walking distance to Gateway of India. The food ordered via room service was delicious. All staff were polite, friendly and always helpful. Reception staff Mr Arsad kindly stored my luggage while I had a 2 day trip out of Mumbai. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and offered Netflix and free wifi.
− The first room i had on Level 1 was quite noisy well into the night due to the kitchen located just above on Level 2. The room I was moved to on Level 11 was quiet and had great views of the city.

دلپذیر
+ I did not order the breakfast. Location of the hotel is good, close to a metro station. Very friendly staff in the hotel.
− There is no separate section for shower in the bathroom. The water from shower fill all the bathroom including toilet. It is needed to call the reception and ask to remove the water from the floor.

A good option if you value friendly service and a central location
+ We had a pleasant stay at Hotel Ozone Inn in Colaba, and the standout for me was definitely the staff. Everyone was attentive and genuinely cared about making our stay comfortable — we were given bottles of water daily and recommendations for things happening in Mumbai during our visit, which we really appreciated. The location is excellent: it’s easy to walk around Colaba and Fort, which made sightseeing very convenient.
− The only downside was that the room felt quite simple for the price, so it did seem a little expensive for what was offered. The bed was also a bit too firm for my liking. A kettle and a hair dryer in the room would have been a nice addition.

− Dirty room on arrival. Dirty towels still lying in the bathroom. Bed looked like it was made but not changed from the last guests Breakfast buffet

Very comfortable place for a stay in Mumbai!
+ The staff was extremely welcoming and the room was very good. Apart from some small details, the room was clean, had hot water and a functioning AC.
− The air coming out of the AC smelled bad sometimes but I guess that has to do with the air intake from the city itself.
