+ With Batumi undergoing modernisation, Hotel Old Town ensures that you experience a warm, traditional atmosphere and welcome. We enjoyed panoramic views of Old Batumi on the terrace with a complimentary glass of wine whilst waiting for our room and check-in was simple. Our room was on two levels, clean spacious and comfortable. A traditional Georgian breakfast on the terrace filled with home cooked delicious food and fruit set us up for our exploration of Batumi and surrounding areas. The staff were friendly, kind and caring and made sure our stay was everything we wanted it to be. Thank you for your warm welcome and kindness ❤️🇬🇪🙏🏽

Great location close to harbor and European Square.

+ Location, attentive staff, good breakfast, beautiful view from rooftop deck. And complimentary wine or cha cha with breakfast, who can complain about that? The owner was on site and extremely attentive. About a five minute walk to harbor and 10-15 minutes to swimming beaches.

− Standard room is pretty small but good value. I recall we had asked for one bed and had two singles (but my wife said she slept great!😁).

+ A wonderful stay in the heart of Batumi A beautiful hotel with a truly fantastic owner who is incredibly warm, attentive, and always happy to lend a hand. You immediately feel welcomed and well looked after. At breakfast, guests are even greeted with a glass of wine, chacha, or cognac — a wonderful Georgian touch! The owner and the entire staff genuinely care about their guests and are always interested in making sure everyone is comfortable and enjoying their stay. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and have everything you need. The absolute highlight, quite literally, is the rooftop terrace with its spectacular 360° view over Batumi. It is a fantastic place to relax and enjoy the city. The location is also excellent, right in the heart of Batumi’s charming Old Town, with everything within easy walking distance. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Good hotel and a great breakfast in Batumi

+ The hotel is well located near to the quayside and amongst some nice bars and restaurants in the old town. The breakfast was excellent with a wide selection of freshly cooked food and house wines! What made it extra special was the friendliness of the staff and owners welcoming guests. The view from the rooftop terrace with a glass of their house wine is to be recommended.

− The bathroom was a little tired and could do with a refurbishment. Watch the stairs up to the roof terrace as they are in need of some maintenance!

+ Clean room, parking in front of the hotel, delicious breakfast, perfect location (near the sea and old center) - I really recommend!

− Be careful when you walk on the stairs to the open terase, a few of them are a bit wiggly😅 however, the view from the terase is amazing!
