Average.
+ No ventilation in Bathroom. Bad smell outdated tea bags and sugar provided in the room. As per the photos in the web site the room was very small But adjusted myself Beds are very soft leading to back pain. No name of the hotel in front of anywhere. It's a apartment converted to hotel. Rather i can call it Homestay. I felt difficulty to find the hotel.
− Bathroom ventilation Entrance of property

It was a decent place to stay only for extremely short duration.
+ The property is on a walking distance from green park however, the Nature view is just the compound trees which are present in the societies. Cleanliness of hotel was good but the rooms had major seepage issues which our covered with wall papers. Breakfast is made by the staff here and during the peak time of 8-9 AM, they carry out clean ship view which they denied giving us breakfast and said to inform prior 7 AM or one day prior if guest wants breakfast. Though in our case they managed it later. Ola/ Uber connectivity is Good. Behaviour of staff is polite and professional.
− Seepage issues in rooms on 2nd floor. Bedbugs on the 1st floor room.

Close to Aiims, hence good for a short stay.
+ Attentive staff and comfortable bed for a decent sleep. Very close to Aiims (a 10 min ride away), in a decent location close to deer park, green park area, Safdarjung area/ station and hence manageable for a short stay. If you need a place to sleep in close proximity to Aiims, it is a decent choice as compared to the hotels in the busy area near the hospital. The lovely staff managed to help keep our check in luggages, while we went for a 3 day trip to Agra before our onward trip. Request for a room with a balcony for a decent experience/ fresh air. We didn't stay in throughout the day, just for sleep! Zomato , Blinkit for tea/ breakie and other food needs as there are loads of eateries around if you'd like to order in.

− Mattress was really soft Room walls were moldy Small window leading to balcony. Was expecting a big open window view

All in all it’s a nice place.
+ Nice balcony, nice soft bed with a proper duvet and cover rather than a couple of blankets and sheets. Reasonably clean and the staff were very helpful. Very good value for the money we paid.
− We had a small disagreement on the price that was listed by booking.com, but we came to a satisfactory agreement. This seems to be a common theme with some hotels in Delhi, who try to charge extra on arrival. To be fair we were very happy with the price we paid. Another issue was that the room was on the same floor as the reception and was sometimes a bit noisy with people talking outside, and the trees put a shadow on the balcony. I would have liked a room a floor or two higher, which as well as being quieter would also have more sun
