− When we asked about some of the needed itemz, One of the staff answered, for the price you have paid are you expecting 5 star facilities.... We know what we paid and we know what we asked whether its within the guven facilities or not. But as a guests, we expect dignity and politeness. Please teach that staff guy how to talk to the guests. Apart from this everything is amazing.

+ I can say about this accommodation that you feel comfortable.The location of the Hotel is good. Yerevan Mall and metro station are nearby. You can also take a bus line that is very close to the accommodation to get to the city center. What I can say is that there is a kind lady working there, her name is Anna. In fact, she takes on both the management duties sometimes and the cleaning of the rooms. She is very cooperative and a kind and polite lady. You can have tea or coffee and tell her to prepare it for you. This means caring for the traveler, which Anna does very well. I hope the management of N1 Hotel will always keep her by its side because she can have a lot of influence on customer satisfaction.
− The beds in the hostel or dormitory make noise and this is annoying at night when sleeping.

+ washing machine was free. staff VERY NICE and helpful. they regularly clean the place and present at the location. they knew some English.
− beds. I felt the springs of the mattresses. mattresses are VERY OLD. blanket was too thin. the fixed people smoke in the toilet at speak aloud at night after 2 or 3 a.m.! internet was out 4 times during my 3 weeks being there. the place sometimes smells bad. (bathroom smell).
