− I really really wish I read the other reviews before booking - because the bathroom stories are true. The overall cleanliness of the bathroom is meh, hot water was a problem, water pressure was a problem, overall stuff that broke in the meantime has not been fixed (as the shower stand). The hotel is worn down, but to be honest that was expected considering the price - however, I think having a functional bathroom is a must, so overall I don't think it's a good value per price.

Budget Friendly Hotel
+ The location of the hotel was very good, close to beach and local amenities. The staff were very helpful and informative. The breakfast was what you paid for and average.
− The hotel needs a upgrade, when we arrived the air conditioning was not working, it was broken, they changed the room but it was on the second floor which was not great for my husband who had a leg injury. When we were given our room the fridge was not working we had to store our medication in the fridge downstairs. The beds are not great either, pillows are lumpy and one of the bed was not balanced. Cleaning was not done in the 4 days we stayed only clean towels were provided. I know we get what we paid but we need basic needs to be fulfilled which were not. I hope the owner can take in the feedback and upgrade the facilities for this hotel to stand out.

+ I like the location
− Hygiene problem not clean. Staff are not helpful 😒. I am very disappointed with their service because we complain that the toilet flush is not working but nobody came to fix that we stayed like that for 5 days. The breakfast is the same thing on the menu everyday. It's not worth of the cost. I would not recommend anyone for this Hotel. Thank you

Exceptional
+ A very nice and cozy hotel, just a 10-minute walk away from the sea and with its own pool. The staff is very friendly, heartful and especially helpful, in a way that they help you even with the smallest problem, like making calls or helping in organising activities in Antalya if you don't speak the language and are approachable anytime, which isn't self-evident in reality. The breakfast, along with the bar, pool, and location with a grocery store, many kiosks, an apothecary and a good pizzaria nearby, is practically the highlight. Every morning there is a varied buffet with hot dishes, freshly baked bread, and various spreads and toppings, as well as tea and coffee. The rooms are clean and regularly cleaned, and the air conditioning works perfectly. I highly recommend the hotel, even for larger groups and families with children. ^^
