− Sewage smell in rooms, wasn't an apartment it was a room, TV couldnt plug in, stained bedding and towels, abusive WhatsApp messages when complained.

Lima Lima Pattaya
+ Nice room with balcony and double bed . I was here shortly for 2 days . £12.50 a day was good enough..About 10 min.walk towards the Beach. Generally descent Value in
− They haven't provided a towel and soap ,even ,when I asked for (weed shop ha ha) Day time slow water . When I flushed the toilet, the staff knocked on my door ,that the water is running through toilet. ,so needed extra touch to move the flush leaver up. Bit dated furniture.

+ Large room, nice bed, lots of furniture - wardrobe, table, chair, night stand, TV stand with drawers,a chair on the balcony, and appliances - TV, AC, fridge, Wifi.
− Just an old property. Staff doesn't speak English but helpful. No toilettery offered such as paper, soap, shampoo. No kettle, no glass. Noise from the street.

Terrible management
+ For 360 bath, the room was okay. No towel or toilet paper. Not hot shower and the handle of the bathroom’s door was replaced by a load of dirty paper to hide the whole.
− This hotel is really badly managed. Most of the time, it is hard to find the only employee that is working there at a time. They are simply not at the hotel or doing something else. It makes checking in and other requests harder. Online, the price was way cheaper and the employee was firm not to change it. Not a big deal, as a lot of places have different prices online. The shitty part was that after booking our first night (we booked day by day), they blocked the booking option on the app saying the hotel was full. But they was still a room or two available when we asked at the counter. They made us pay the other nights at the highest rate that way. Finally, as we needed to get one paper for the government (TM30) (a paper any Thai hotel should be able to give you after staying one night), we were confronted to an employee that didn’t know how to do it, and worse even: he didn’t want to sign it because he didn’t have a work permit. We asked him to call for somebody else to help us, and we always were told that the boss was coming “tonight, oh soon in an hour, oh sorry tomorrow morning ”. For 3 days we were lied to and lost precious time to get our paper, only to finally be told by the employee to drive to another one of their hotel to get it (long drive). We painfully learned there by the person that was supposed to help us that the boss was away in India, and this employee also didn’t have a work visa so he was scared of signing the simple paper. We went to spend our money at another business because we were done with them and got our paper in 2 hours. Don’t go there!
