+ Location was good for accessing the beach area!
− Unfortunately, it was extremely busy with families and their little ones that took over both swimming pools. The gym equipment is a bit aged and in need of repair!

Our stay was relaxing and calm and just what we needed at the end of our holiday.
+ Location was great, close to terminal 21, beautiful breakfast each morning and the pool was amazing my son in particular loved it here. Staff were friendly and the location is perfect for families (away from the hustle and bustle and the red light area/scene). Rooms are spacious and beds were nice and comfortable.
− Check in was not smooth we were early and made to wait which is fine but by the 2pm check in time they were still not ready and my toddler was beside himself, hot and screaming. It took me getting annoyed for them to say oh we can give you one room now and one room later.

+ Room and environment of the hotel were good.
− Too far from Pattaya’s main attractions. Getting around was difficult, with limited availability of taxis or rides near the hotel.
