Very Bad Stay

+ Nothing really

− Almost Everything. Firstly I was overcharged upon checking in. The hotel asked me to pay a higher amount than what was shown on booking.com. Secondly the bathroom was awful. The water flow was minimal. The water in basin was very very very hot. If someone placed his hand without knowing may be you could end up with severe burns. Thirdly the pictures in the listing did not match the exact look of the rooms. Looks like they just photo shopped the pics to make it look good on the internet.

We left after 10 minutes due to the miserable state of the hotel and were not refunded. They were rude and were not surp

− Bed bugs. Dirty sheets. Smoking room. Dust and dirt covering walls, floors and bed. Terrible customer service. Misleading photos and obviously fake reviews.

+ هتل بسیار عالی بود. موقعیت مکانی فوق‌العاده و پرسنل هم خیلی خوش‌برخورد بودند. حتماً دوباره به اینجا برمی‌گردم.

Avoid at all cost. Not Belmont hotel and not in the location advertised. This place is called Bellamont. Same same but d

− Cleanliness, staff. I did not sleep at all and I had to go downstairs 3 flights of stairs to speak with the reception after 5 calls for a bottle of water and clean towels after they gave me very very dirty stained towels. Burnt dirty bed sheets.

− First of all, they submitted the review from me. When I got to the property they demanded to pay cash and charged me 25% more for paying in dollars. The room was very dirty; especially the bathroom.
