Do not try this Hotel. Beware !!! This is a scam. Rooms and the hotel are not what they are shown.
+ There was nothing to like about this hotel. Dont know how Booking.com has such fraud hotels on their portal. The photos are absolutely fake and the rooms are super dirty and smelly.
− Overall experience of this hotel was something where I would have given negative rating but cannot give less than 1. Booking.com should not allow fake AI photos on the site and ask for actual photos. On questioning the manager had the audacity to say that for this price this is what you get and we are using AI photos and you cannot do anything on it. They are not scared of anyone after such a scam. I request booking.com to remove such a hotel on their site as it hampers their dignity and value in the market. Only stayed there for 15 mins and then cheked out but they did not agree to refund even a single rupee as it is non refundable after the enjoy the scam. Do not try this hotel at all. It is a super shady hotel to stay in for standard customers.

+ The location was good as per budget friendly.
− Staff service and response were not good, we have facing water issues as the time was bath, we have complain for water not coming but staff was replying we will doing but 1 and half hours waited but water not coming, in bathroom there is no and facilities for hot water, so we have asked to staff for hot water, he replied to provide hot water balti, we have waited 1 and half hours but ther is no any water available nighter hot or cold water, we are leaving room without taking bath.

+ Nothing. It’s a scam. I don’t know what kind of verification Booking.com have to list a new hotel. Property doesn’t deserve even 1 star.
− Because it’s ugly and dirty. Bed sheets have blood stains. Walls are patched. Hair strands everywhere. No lift. No AC. All photos are copied from somewhere else.
