Good experience
+ Good staff, location, and facilities. Breakfast was good, and the internet was fast. We ordered dinner; the food and service were good too. Recommended for families.
− TV lacks a variety of choices. The price is a little higher compared to the value.

Great location and comfy beds
+ The location was very good, only 5-10 minute walk to gateway of India and Taj palace (which you can see from the rooftop of the hotel). All of the staff were extremely helpful, friendly and polite. Breakfast was delicious. We had an amazing sleep in the comfy beds.
− The rooms didn’t feel 100% clean. Mostly the floor.

Our stay was pleasant enough since we were just looking for a place to sleep after long, busy days.
+ We stayed two nights at Hotel Godwin upon arriving in Mumbai. The location is excellent, close to the iconic Taj Mahal Palace Hotel and the Gateway of India, and you can enjoy views from the lovely rooftop terrace. Since we were out exploring most of the day, we mainly needed a comfortable place to rest at night, and the hotel met that need.
− The breakfast was quite simple, the air conditioning in our room (which had a standard size but slightly outdated) could work better, and the bathroom felt rather small.

Good value with clean rooms and strong AC, but breakfast needs improvement (especially eggs/service during busy time
+ I liked the value for money — it felt like a good deal for what you pay. The location was decent, the room was clean, and the HVAC/AC worked well, which made the stay comfortable.
− Breakfast has room for improvement. Nothing was “wrong” exactly, but the overall breakfast setup felt weaker than other hotels — some items weren’t hot enough, and when it got busy there weren’t enough utensils available (for example, I couldn’t find a fork). Eggs were not readily available at the counter and had to be cooked on request, and the omelet I received was quite oily (I had to specifically ask for less oil).
