+ The lady at the reception was extremely kind, polite, and helpful. Despite our late arrival, she took the time to help us with several issues and made sure everything was sorted out. She even arranged a small breakfast for us, which we really appreciated. Excellent service and a very warm welcome!

+ Bella was soo wonderful and accommodating. She was very kind, and provided me with an extra pillow for my knee injury. These details matter very much to me. In addition, the room had everything you needed. There is AC, a mini fridge, a large bed that was quite comfortable, a TV and a closet. There are rooms with balconies upstairs which is also nice. It is a nice location, very close to sameba church and not too far from old tbilisi. It was nice and peaceful. Thank you Izabella and hotel garden for such a wonderful stay ❤️ I will choose this place everytime I am back in tbilisi 🙏❤️

+ Everything about this stay was fantastic! The room and bathroom were exceptionally clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed, including a kitchen with a microwave. The check-in was smooth and hassle-free. Above all, the owner and his family were remarkably polite, friendly, and helpful. Highly recommended!

+ An unforgettable stay at Hotel Garden Tbilisi ❤️ I stayed at Hotel Garden Tbilisi for seven days, and honestly, it was one of the most comfortable and pleasant hotel experiences I have ever had. I booked the hotel through Booking.com, and immediately after making the reservation, I sent them a message. I was pleasantly surprised when they contacted me directly and communicated everything very clearly. From the very beginning, I felt that I was in good hands. They kindly arranged a free airport transfer for me. Even though my flight was delayed and I arrived quite late at night, the driver was there exactly as arranged. I reached the hotel around midnight, and the staff were still waiting for me and everything was perfectly prepared. This made me feel very welcome after a long journey. A special thank you goes to Isabella, who took care of everything with such kindness and attention. She regularly checked with us to make sure that everything was comfortable and that we were enjoying our stay. Whenever we needed anything or had a question, she was always ready to help. The room was cleaned every day and was always kept very neat, fresh and comfortable. The daily housekeeping was excellent, and throughout the seven days I always felt that the hotel genuinely cared about our comfort. What impressed me most was the warm and personal hospitality. The service did not feel like a typical hotel experience. It felt almost like staying in the home of a welcoming family. At times, I honestly wondered, “Is this really a hotel?” because of how personal, friendly and caring the service was. The location is also excellent. Many places are within walking distance, including restaurants, cafés, the church, the metro station and other places worth visiting. This made exploring Tbilisi very easy and enjoyable. After staying there for seven days, I can sincerely say that Hotel Garden Tbilisi felt like a home away from home.

Very Good Stay

+ We stayed at the hotel for four nights in September 2026 with my wife. This was our first time in Georgia, and I want to immediately highlight the excellent work of the hotel’s owner. A special thank you goes to her for the genuine care and support she provided throughout our stay in Tbilisi. The hotel also offers a basic breakfast from 9:00 to 10:00. It’s simple yet satisfying. We highly recommend this small hotel.
